MSI's wood-framed grille line remains their most customizable product with multiple models, sizes and wood species. Choose a more traditional look with oiled or varnished wood. Go contemporary with rounded corners and painted finishes. These wood-framed grilles are similar in construction and specifications to common metal grilles, but differ greatly in visual appearance. The frames of our grilles can be constructed of any domestic or imported wood and finished to compliment any interior. The corners can be rounded to give a grille a more contemporary look. The possible sizes are almost unlimited. We will not compromise our quality for the sake of speed. The exclusive locking spline is located in most of the grille corners. You can not see it, but it adds greatly to their strength

MSI's line of ABS plastic-framed grilles with their rounded corners complement any contemporary interior. This look coupled with some unique abilities, make it one of our fastest growing lines of grilles. 
MSI's plastic-framed grille line is a totally new approach to air control with a fresh contemporary look combined with great functionality. The frames are vacuum-formed in white ABS plastic with rounded corners. The vanes are aluminum with baked-on white paint. The vanes are held into the frame with an ABS extruded track. While the only available color at this time is white, paint adhesion is excellent with this product. Presently, there are two models of this grille; a PG (fixed vane) and a PGA (adjustable vane). The PG has a single row of vanes at a 30 degree angle on 1/2 inch centers. The PGA has single row of vanes also installed on 1/2 centers but they can be freely rotated.

When coupled with one of our two possible receivers, the functionality of these two grilles becomes very apparent. The grlles have spring catches* installed in them and they mate with either the mounting frame (MR) or the mounting transition (MT), depending on the application. These receivers are mounted on the finished side of the wall and the grilles are snapped into them. Spring catches hold the grille in place and all fasteners are hidden. The grilles can easily be removed for access to the filter as well as for other purposes.
